Please read these terms carefully before using the okbat platform — they clearly set out your rights and responsibilities.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between users ("you", "user") of the okbat platform ("Platform" or "Site") and okbat. By registering on this platform, creating an account, or using the site in any way, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted all the terms described below.
okbat reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. It is therefore your responsibility to review this page from time to time.

Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Registration Eligibility
To open an account on okbat, the following conditions must be met:
- You must be 21 years of age or older.
- You must register from a country or jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted.
- You may hold only one account on okbat. If multiple accounts exist under the same person's name, all will be cancelled.
- All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
okbat may request identity verification information at any time to ensure a safe environment. Failure to provide such information may result in the account being temporarily suspended or permanently closed. The following documents may generally be required for verification:
- National ID card (NID) or a copy of your passport
- Proof of mobile banking account
- Any government-issued document as proof of address
2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing account access with third parties is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify us immediately at [email protected].

okbat reserves the right to suspend any withdrawal and conduct an investigation if fraud or misuse is suspected. Funds will remain secured in the account during any investigation.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Two examples are given below:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,200 → Total balance ৳2,200.
- Deposit ৳26,000 → Bonus ৳15,000 → Total balance ৳41,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Before withdrawing a bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not on deposit + bonus). For example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳24,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
Only bets placed on games designated by okbat will count towards wagering calculations. If the conditions are not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Only one bonus may be claimed per household, device, or IP address.
- Transferring bonus funds to another account is strictly prohibited.
- okbat reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
- If bonus misuse is found, the account may be closed and funds forfeited.
VIP Program & Cashback
The okbat VIP program has four tiers. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is listed below:
- Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.
You can advance to a higher tier through regular active participation. The detailed conditions of VIP benefits are set by okbat and are subject to change. Cashback is credited to eligible users' accounts every week.
Prohibited Conduct & Restrictions
Any of the following actions will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of funds:
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Providing a false identity or fraudulent information.
- Abusing the bonus system or collusion (attempting to exploit the system as a group).
- Using software, bots, or automated tools to gain an artificial advantage.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
- Transferring funds to third-party accounts or using the platform for personal money management purposes.
- Attempting to interfere with the platform's security or technical systems.
- Disrespectful or offensive behavior toward other users or okbat staff.
6.1 In the Event of a Technical Error
Any incorrect credits resulting from a system error or technical issue will not be considered part of the actual balance, and okbat reserves the right to correct them. Attempting to withdraw funds received in error may result in account closure.
Limitation of Liability
okbat is an online gaming platform. All game outcomes are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG), and okbat does not guarantee any game results.
okbat is not liable for any financial loss, emotional distress, or any other indirect loss arising from the use of the platform. Users use the platform at their own risk.
okbat is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by internet disconnection, power outages, or third-party technical issues.
7.1 Service Availability
okbat may temporarily take the service offline for maintenance or updates within a reasonable timeframe. Users will be notified in advance of any planned maintenance where possible. However, the service may be interrupted without prior notice in emergency situations.
Responsible Gaming Policy
okbat believes that gaming is for entertainment only. The platform should not be used as a solution to financial problems. We encourage all users to play responsibly.

Taken together, all sections of these Terms form a complete agreement. If any individual clause is found to be unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue to apply.
